C Shaped Roof Purlin is made of galvanized steel strips by the method of cold-bending formed. The surface treatment is hot galvanized.
It has many advantages compared with traditional structural steel, such as light weight, excellent performance cross-section, easy to install,
high strength, and so on.
C Shaped Roof Purlin is a long strip steel with groove section, which belongs to carbon structural steel for construction and machinery.
It is a section steel with complex section, and its section shape is groove shape. Channel steel is mainly used for building structure, curtain
wall engineering, mechanical equipment and vehicle manufacturing.
C Shaped Roof Purlin can be divided into 4 types shape: cold-formed equal-side channel steel, cold-formed unequal-side channel steel,cold
-formed inner-coiled channel steel, and cold-formed outer-coiled channel steel. Main features: high pressure, long support time, easy
installation and not easy to deform. Main uses: Mainly used for mine tunnels, secondary support of mine tunnels, and support and support
of mountain tunnels. As the main section steel for manufacturing roadway shrinkable metal supports, U-section steel is widely used at
home and abroad.
Application
C purlin production process has three stages,material preparation and equipment preparation and processing.
Material preparation:The related specs of GI steel strips will be prepared and loaded on equipment;
Equipment preparation:Our workshop manager will check and adjust the equipment to make sure the C steel purlin equipment is in correct
status for production;
Processing:This is including holes pre-punching,cold rolled,cutting as per required length,and stack in proper position and well protected,then
finally quality inspection by our QC people.
C Shaped Roof Purlin is used for structural support in buildings. Most commonly, purlins are major components of roof structures. Roof purlins
are supported either by rafters or building walls and the roof sheets are laid over the purlins.
