Construction points of rock wool composite panel for exterior wall
1. According to the design requirements and relevant technical standards of these regulations, a special construction plan for energy conservation and thermal insulation of this project shall be prepared before construction, and technical disclosure and professional technical training shall be provided to the construction personnel.
2. The external thermal insulation system of rock wool composite panels for energy saving and thermal insulation projects shall be constructed in accordance with the approved construction drawing design documents and the approved special construction plan for energy saving and thermal insulation of the project.
3. The rock wool composite panel external thermal insulation system manufacturer should have professional on-site guidance during the construction process, and cooperate with the construction unit and on-site supervision to do a good job in construction quality control.
4. Before the materials are put into storage, they must be checked and accepted according to the specifications, quantity and quality requirements, and they must be kept by special personnel. It is strictly forbidden to stack in the open air. Curtain wall rock wool composite panels should be stacked to prevent moisture.
5. The construction should meet the following conditions:
(1) The treatment of the base wall and its cement mortar leveling layer and the installation of the embedded parts are completed.
(2) Necessary construction equipment and labor protection articles should be prepared.
(3) The special scaffolding for construction should be erected firmly and passed the safety inspection. The distance between the scaffolding pole and the horizontal pole and the wall, and the corner of the wall should meet the construction requirements.
(4) The base wall should be solid and flat, the surface should be dry, and there should be no cracking, hollowing, loosening or efflorescence. The bonding strength, flatness and verticality of the cement mortar leveling layer should comply with (Quality Acceptance Specification for Building Decoration Engineering) Requirements for the quality of ordinary plastering works in GB50210.
6. During the thermal insulation construction of the rock wool composite board exterior wall, when the temperature of the base and the construction environment is lower than 5 ℃, construction is not allowed. Construction is not allowed in strong wind, rain and snow weather above level 5. During and after construction, effective measures should be taken to prevent rain erosion and scorching sun exposure, and protective layers should be prepared in time. In case of sudden rain during the construction process, measures should be taken to prevent the rain from scouring the wall; anti-freezing measures should be taken in accordance with relevant standards in winter construction.
7. Before large-scale construction, the same materials should be used on the site according to regulations, and the same construction methods and techniques should be used to make model walls, and the construction should be carried out after confirmation by the relevant parties.
