1. Positioning and lay-out
Locate the grid reference point according to the factory-set building survey map, and use the total station to pull the wire and straightedge to determine the ground reference line (the center line of the partition wall). Then release the reference line for the construction of the board ground at 100mm to the left of the reference line. According to the construction baseline on the ground, use the automatic Anping infrared laser to release the construction baseline at the bottom of the wall and grid. Use a total station to recheck the baseline of the ground, walls and grid structure, the vertical deviation should not exceed ±2mm.
2. Install rock wool composite board
(1) Fixed bottom positioning sheet: Install the bottom positioning sheet (galvanized U-shaped groove) of the wall according to the ground construction benchmark. Fix the galvanized spacers according to the plane size. The installation of the positioning piece is required to be level, and the unevenness is adjusted with a flat plate. Once the positioning parts are adjusted and leveled, they can be secured with internal expansion bolts. According to the grid construction benchmark, install the top secondary structure positioning (L-shaped galvanized angle steel) corresponding to the wall panel, and the fixed point spacing is 300mm.
(2) Compare with the assembly drawing of the rock wool composite board, check the installation size on site, whether there is conflict between the length and width, and whether there is space for the height.
(3) Install the launch plate and make adjustments: Fix the bottom (side) of the launch plate in the U-shaped groove, and then use the automatic scissor mobile lift to lift the other end of the launch plate to a vertical position. Then use self-tapping screws to fasten the same secondary structure (L-angles) of the wall panels.
(4) Each time 5 exterior wall panels are installed, the installation verticality and straightness errors must be measured and adjusted.
(5) After completing the installation of the rock wool board partition wall and the original main body surface, fill in the rock wool core material in the gap between the main body surfaces, then cover the gap with an L-shaped edging board, and fix one side on the rock wool board . One side is inserted into the gap between the rock wool board and the main wall, and then glued to the main wall.
(6) Edge trim board and interior decoration structure: When installing decorative strips and colored steel profiles, first use automatic Anping infrared laser to place positioning points, then use self-tapping edge nails to install and fix, and pay attention to their sturdiness and beauty.
(7) Reinforcement and installation of door and window openings: Reinforce the openings with 3mm thick galvanized steel plates, then install doors and windows, and decorate the openings with edging.
(8) Finishing: tear off the protective film and clean the board.
